Aged in charred oak, this bourbon carries notes of vanilla, caramel, and the faintest hint of wild rice — a flavor unique to these woods.
Triple-distilled through limestone and finished with Minnesota wild rice for a silken smoothness that stands on its own — no mixers needed.

Our Story
Northern Waters Distillery began with a simple conviction: that the clarity and mineral content of Wisconsin's glacial water could produce spirits unlike anything elsewhere. In 2013, we opened our doors in Minocqua with a single still and a commitment to patience.
Every batch is made here, by hand, in small quantities. We source grain from Wisconsin farms and forage botanicals from the surrounding forests. Our aging warehouse sits just off Highway 51, where the northern Wisconsin cold winters and warm summers do what time does — drawing complexity from the wood.
We don't rush. We don't mass-produce. We make spirits that reflect this place, and we're proud of every bottle that leaves our distillery.
Visit Us
Our tasting room is open seven days a week. Walk in or plan a tour — either way, you'll leave with a deeper appreciation for what happens between the grain and the glass.
